This is Blackwork Candy Corn by Lynne Herzberg.  It was in the October 2006 issue of The Gift of Stitching.  I'm stitching it on Thistle Crystal fabric by Picture This Plus.  I messed with the color because the fabric is so pretty I wanted the different purples to show, but it made the thread look odd - it's DMC 741 and white.
